Use of Services

Our services are available for businesses and individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into a binding agreement with us.

Service Description

We provide web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for specific projects will be outlined in separate contracts or agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Making payments according to the agreed payment schedule
  • Ensuring they have the necessary rights to any content provided to us

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

  • We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in our process, methodology, and tools
  • Clients receive ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment
  • Third-party components (including open-source software) are subject to their respective licenses

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by the client during the course of our engagement and will not disclose it to third parties without consent.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
